Four sources of Energy

-Breath
-Food
-Sleep
-Knowledge

Food that fits in your palms is the food your body needs.
Fresh prepared food has more prana.
Raw fruits have most prana.

It takes the following no. of hours for body to digest food :
- 72 hours to digest meat.
- 8-10 hours to digest lentils/proteins
- 4-6 hours to digest pasta
- 2 hours to digest carbs from fruits.

Our body needs 6-8 hours of sleep.
